1. Booking ConfirmationA booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Opulent Hideaways Pvt. Ltd. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking

​2. PaymentsA booking advance is required to confirm all reservations.The balance payment must be received before the due date specified in the booking confirmation.Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice

3. PricingAll prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to availability. Prices may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier price revisions until the booking is confirmed.

 

​4. Cancellation PolicyCancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation period and the policies of hotels, transport providers, airlines, railways, and other suppliers. Some services may be completely non-refundable.

5. AmendmentsAny changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

​6. Travel DocumentsGuests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates (where applicable), and any other required travel documents.​

7. Travel InsuranceWe strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, personal liability, and unforeseen circumstances.

8. Force MajeureOpulent Hideaways Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.​

 

9. LiabilityOpulent Hideaways Pvt. Ltd. acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent service providers, including hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, and other suppliers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party service providers.​

10. Health & SafetyGuests are responsible for assessing their own fitness to travel and must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special assistance needed before travel.​

11. ConductWe reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a guest's behavior is considered unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive to fellow travelers or service providers.​

12. Website InformationEvery effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information published on our website. However, itineraries, accommodations, prices, and services may change without prior notice.​

13. Privacy PolicyPersonal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for processing reservations and providing travel services. 14. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
